Set in the beautiful location of Sedgefield in the Garden Route, this comfortable holiday home overlooks the Sedgefield lagoon and Sedgefield park and is within walking distance of the village and beach.

Sedgefield is situated midway between George and Knysna. Set on the coastline, Sedgefield is fast shedding its former sleepy town status and is turning into a buzzing and lively hot spot. With its surrounding legendary lakes and five splendid beaches, it is no wonder.

Parents can relax whilst the kids splash around in the shallow waters of the lagoon. For the less sedentary, why not do some yachting or windsurfing at Swartvlei?

This lake is an ideal venue for water sports enthusiasts, with good offshore winds, a wide expanse of water and limited interference from motor boats.

Take to the beach - Sedgefield boasts five absolutely stunning beaches. From our river mouth beach to Myoli and Cola (increasingly popular swimming beaches for the holiday makers), Buffalo Bay (a twenty minute drive, but well worth it!), Platbank (borders on a nature reserve) and Swartvlei Beach alongside the majestic Gerickes Point.

ACCOMMODATION (3 STAR, SELF CATERING)

Upstairs consists of a main bedroom en-suite, a second bedroom which sleeps 2 with its own bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, plus a deck which runs the length of the house.

Downstairs has a bedroom with two single beds, kitchenetts, bathroom and family room (there is a double sleeper couch in the family room).

A one-room cottage with double bed, bathroom and kitchenette is also situated on the property.

Parking for 3 cars is available under shade port at the top of the driveway.
