Brighton Lodge was one of the first Guest Houses styled along the lines of a Boutique Hotel to open in Port Elizabeth 11 (eleven) years ago. Brighton Lodge opened with 4 (four) rooms, which developed into 6 (six) and once again expanded to its present status of 11 (eleven) rooms.
Within five kilometres of the Friendly City centre and just minutes away from the airport and all major shopping centres, Brighton Lodge offers the discerning traveller an elegant mix of a Grecian, Colonial and Victorian era with all the modern facilities you've come to expect.
The original owner identified a niche in the market for Upmarket Accommodation for Executives and Tourists.
When securing premises, it was considered to be important that the property be in an upmarket suburb and that it be a corner property, allowing for two separate entrances to the premises. It was also considered important that the premises have easy access to all facilities including the airport, freeway, shopping centres and beachfront.
